TROPICAL multi-purpose dry chemical hand-portable fire extinguishers are the right choice for actually all commercial and industrial hazards found in factories, processing plants, and office environments. These extinguishers are effective on class A,B, and C fires.

SIZE

These are available in a range of sizes from 1 kg, 3 kg, 5 kg, 7 kg, 9 kg, 25 kg, 50 kg. capacity. When very large hazards require additional protection, wheeled extinguishers are also available.

OPERATION AND AGENT

TROPICAL stored-pressure multi-purpose fire extinguishers are easy to use. It is an easy-squeeze hand-operated, metal valve assembly, which allows a quick response to a fire. Our dry chemical consists of carefully ground crystals of mono ammonium phosphate blended with flow promoters and anti-caking chemicals. The various crystals sizes give long discharge range and smooth, uninterrupted flow. Each particle is silicone coated to provide moisture repellency and minimum friction during discharge.

TROPICAL carbon dioxide fire extinguisher is a gaseous agent capable of fighting class B and C fires. It is a clean agent suitable for many indoor and outdoor applications where range is not a factor.

It is effective for class B flammable liquid fires and electrically non-conductive. It is a clean non-contaminating, odorless gas, safe for use on clothing, equipment, valuable documents and food.

APPLICATIONS

TROPICAL aqua foam hand-portable fire extinguishers are a synthetic organic compound fluorinated protein, which is capable of forming foam with a super surface tension film (SSTF). Its also best known for its wetting properly. The accounts for its foam cover power in any flammable liquid. These extinguishers are best for class B (flammable liquid) and class A (carbonaceous) fire. It is multi shot, non-expirable and non-toxic.

OPERATION AND AGENT

TROPICAL stored-pressure Aqueous Film-Forming Foam (AFFF) is based on combinations of flourochemical surfactants, hydrocarbon surfactants and solvents. These foam agents suppress fire by separating the liquid fuel from the air (oxygen). These agents require a very low energy input to produce high quality foam.
